Sales order and manual demands are considered, and forecasting demands may or may not be produced, so the planner can decide whether, it depends the configurations that are put into the item setup.
Ex: I have demands from two sources. Sales Orders and Forecast
TESTE_FABRICAR -> Ordem de Venda -> 15-JAN-2019
TESTE_FABRICAR -> Previsão -> 25-JAN-2019
TESTE_FABRICAR -> Previsão -> 28-FEB-2019
TESTE_FABRICAR -> Previsão -> 26-MAR-2019
NOTE: The sales order did not consume the forecast because the grouping period was 5 days back and 5 days forward.
Supose that to produce this item have a 70 days. Within the item setup I can configure so that if a forecast demand is earlier than 70 days from the current day that launch the plan. I can disconsider this demand, since that demand was not consumed by a sales order.
Launch the plan again and check the results.
TESTE_FABRICAR -> Ordem de Venda -> 15-JAN-2019
TESTE_FABRICAR -> Previsão -> 25-JAN-2019
TESTE_FABRICAR -> Previsão -> 28-FEB-2019
TESTE_FABRICAR -> Previsão -> 26-MAR-2019
As expected the record was deleted. This type of configuration helps to decided what produces.
